The best app is the one your guests will actually use and you will want to return to. We compared seven options for easy uploads, a useful gallery, live moments and what else the couple can do from the same link.
A QR code on a table is only useful if guests can contribute without a confusing setup. We checked each product's current public pages for the things that shape the wedding day and the memories after it.
Can a guest join quickly, without an app or new account?
Can you collect photos, videos and messages in the formats you want?
Can you show uploads live and organize them afterwards?
Does the same tool help with invitations, replies and seating?
THE SHORTLIST
Seven apps worth comparing.
GuestShoot is our product, so we have stated that clearly. Each option has a different strength, and the trade-offs matter as much as the feature list.

WHY GUESTSHOOT
Every guest's view, connected to the day.
Guests can add photos normally through a QR code or link. GuestShoot can also collect videos, written and audio wishes, and the optional limited-shot camera captures. Show moments on the live slideshow, then return to a gallery tied to your event website.
Think about guest friction, the experience on the day and what you want to revisit afterwards.
Make contributing simple
Use a short link or QR code and test the upload flow on an ordinary guest phone before you print it.
Choose the memory formats
Photos alone may be enough. If voices, video, a slideshow or limited-shot camera matter, check the actual plan that includes them.
Look beyond the gallery
If you still need RSVPs, guest lists, seating and a wedding website, count those tools in the comparison too.

★★★★★
“We used GuestShoot at our wedding and ended up with more than 500 guest photos and videos. The best part was discovering moments we had not even seen because we were greeting people or with the photographer. We left the QR code on the tables, and guests started uploading photos during the reception.”
★★★★★
“We had guests from several countries and needed something that did not require downloading an app or creating an account. Even our relatives who are less comfortable with technology used it without any problems. The next day, the whole celebration was together in one gallery.”
★★★★★
“Our favorite part was the voice messages. Listening to them together after the wedding was very special, especially the ones from our grandparents and friends who live far away. The photos are wonderful, but the voices made the memory much more personal.”
★★★★★
“We used GuestShoot for my wife's 50th birthday, and it was a success with guests of every age. Younger guests uploaded videos, while older relatives shared photos and messages. Afterwards, we downloaded everything and gave it to her as a keepsake from the party.”

What is the easiest way to collect wedding photos from guests?
Use a QR code and a link that open a browser upload flow. GuestShoot, GUESTPIX, GuestCam, Kululu and Guestlense all offer app-free guest access; test the flow on an ordinary phone before the event.
Is there a free wedding photo sharing app?
Several products have free starting points, but their limits differ. GuestShoot's free plan currently allows 50 photos and 20 guests. Joy offers a free wedding website and shared albums. Check current terms before committing.
Can I also collect videos and voice messages?
Yes, on the right plan. GuestShoot, GuestCam and Wedibox offer voice recordings; GUESTPIX offers written and video messages on eligible plans. Video upload rules vary by product.
Do guests need to upload during the wedding?
No. Share the link afterwards too. Upload windows vary substantially: Kululu's free event window is 24 hours, for example, while paid products may keep uploads open much longer.
Make it easy for everyone to share.
Start with a free gallery and give guests one simple place to add their view of the day.
