What cookies and local storage are
PASAJE 30 S.L. (Spanish tax ID B30326060) operates GuestShoot. Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with later requests. Local and session storage keep values in the browser without automatically sending them to the server. We use these technologies to provide event access, remember choices and, with your permission where required, measure use of GuestShoot.
Essential cookies
- Supabase authentication cookies keep a host signed in and refresh the session. Their names may vary with the Supabase project; they last for the session or until sign-out or expiry.
- guestshoot_event_access_… remembers access to a password-protected event for up to 7 days.
- guestshoot_guest_… recognises a guest's contributions for up to 12 months so that guest features work.
- guestshoot_oauth_next temporarily returns a user to the intended page after sign-in.
- guestshoot_pricing_market remembers the selected pricing market for up to 12 months.
- guestshoot_analytics_consent records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics for up to 12 months. It is also stored in local storage to respect your choice.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, PostHog may store identifiers in cookies and local storage (typically keys beginning ph_ or posthog_) to understand use across visits. Microsoft Clarity may set _clck to recognise a returning browser (up to one year) and _clsk to connect page views in one visit (up to one day); Microsoft domains may also set cookies such as CLID or MUID. GuestShoot may save first-visit attribution in local storage under guestshoot_first_touch_v2. These tools are optional. We do not load either analytics tool until you choose. After you reject, PostHog is configured to use limited cookieless measurement, without optional analytics cookies and with a restricted set of events. Other analytics storage duration varies by provider, purpose and browser settings; we review their current documentation when configuring the service.
Other browser storage
Certain free tools and demos save drafts or a guest name in local storage on your device. Temporary upload diagnostics may use session storage. This data supports the feature you chose and is normally removed when you clear browser storage or the session ends. It is separate from optional analytics.
Your choice
The cookie notice offers Accept and Reject choices for optional analytics. To change your choice, clear the GuestShoot analytics consent cookie and local storage entry, then choose again when the notice reappears. Rejection does not prevent essential functions. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, although sign-in, event access and saved preferences may then stop working. A choice to withdraw consent takes effect for future activity; data already processed lawfully may remain subject to our privacy policy.
Providers, updates and contact
Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog and Microsoft may receive technical information when their relevant services are used. Our privacy policy explains data recipients, transfers and your rights. We will update this policy when the technologies or their purposes materially change. Questions: support@guestshoot.com.
