Provider and scope
GuestShoot is provided by PASAJE 30 S.L. (Spanish tax ID B30326060). Contact: support@guestshoot.com. These terms apply to our website, accounts, event pages and paid digital plans. By creating an account, making a purchase or contributing to an event, you agree to the terms relevant to your use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and event access
Hosts must provide accurate account information and keep their sign-in details secure. They are responsible for people they invite to manage an event. Guests may be able to contribute without creating an account. A QR code or link can be shared by its recipient, so hosts should use the available access, password and gallery controls when appropriate. You must not bypass access restrictions or use another person's account without permission.
Plans, prices and duration
A free plan and paid event plans may be offered. The checkout and pricing page state the current price, included features, limits, upload window and storage period for each plan before purchase. Taxes and the payment currency are shown at checkout. Paid event plans are one-time purchases unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise. Features, limits and pricing may change for future purchases; the conditions presented when you buy govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Save your content before the applicable storage period ends.
Orders and payments
A purchase is completed after the payment provider confirms it. Stripe processes card payments. We do not hold full card details. If payment fails, the paid features may remain unavailable. Please contact support@guestshoot.com about a billing issue with the account email and transaction reference. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before fulfilment and offer a refund where required.
Consumer withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for a distance purchase, subject to legal exceptions. An exception for digital content or a completed service applies only where all legal conditions are met, including any required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Starting to use GuestShoot does not by itself waive a statutory right. To exercise withdrawal or request a refund, email support@guestshoot.com with your purchase details and an unequivocal statement. We will handle requests under the law that applies to your purchase. These terms do not limit statutory remedies for faulty digital services.
Content and permissions
You keep your rights in photos, videos, audio, text and other content you upload. You grant PASAJE 30 S.L. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the time needed to provide the service, to host, copy, process, resize, back up and display that content within the event according to its settings. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, including where other people or children appear or are heard. Guests should understand that hosts and authorised event participants may view or download contributions. We will not use private event content in our marketing without separate permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive material.
- Do not send spam, malware, misleading invitations or content unrelated to the event, or overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer or bypass security or access controls except where the law expressly permits it.
Moderation and reports
Hosts can manage event content. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address an alleged rights violation, unlawful activity, security risk or breach of these terms. Send a report with the event link, the material concerned and your reason to support@guestshoot.com. We will review it and take proportionate action. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell the affected user and offer a way to challenge a decision.
Availability, changes and expiry
We work to keep GuestShoot available but maintenance, faults or events outside our control can interrupt access. We may improve or change features while respecting any paid entitlement and mandatory consumer rights. Event access and uploads end when the applicable plan or event period expires. Keep your own copy of important media; an online event gallery should not be your only backup. We may end access for a serious breach, subject to applicable law.
Our intellectual property
GuestShoot's software, brand, design and site content belong to PASAJE 30 S.L. or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Your uploaded content remains yours or its owner's.
Liability
Each person is responsible for the content they submit and the access details they share. We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the service or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy, governing law and contact
Our privacy and cookie policies explain how personal data and browser storage are handled. Spanish law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings where they live. For questions, complaints or legal notices, email support@guestshoot.com.
